Gentlemen,
The event will held on Feb 23, 2012. I suggest everyone arrive on Thursday, Feb 21. This would allow for those needing (make this a quick trip) to return home on Sunday to do so. You may arrive and depart on any day as you have done in the past. We have always found something to do.
TENTATIVE AGENDA:
Thurs 2/21 Arrival day
Fri 2/22 Tour of area for first timers. There is a commemoration banquet on Fri evening but only 4 guests per group is permitted. That being the case, we may have our squadron banquet.
Sat 2/23 Parade and Guest Speakers
Sun 2/24 Departure of some attendees.
Mon 2/25 Day trip or over night trip to place of your choice. I am open for suggestions for your choice of activities for the remaindeer of the week..
I haven't received the contract from Marriott Hotel, therefore, I don't know the cost for night. As you are aware, this place doesn't have a hospitality room. I am looking for a hotel that might offer such room. I believe we will have a large group this year.
I have placed an order for tamales.
I am trying to find someone to do the sweat lodge ceremony for us. If you would like to participate please let me know. The lodge may accommodate a small number of people.
Please offer your suggestions.

I've got some great news, here is the official link for the Marriott Custom Web Page for the "VMO-6 Reunion Group 2013". Your group block is fully activated online and over the phone. Guests can use this link to make reservations online, or feel free to call the numbers provided in the Method of Reservations portion of our contract to book their rooms for next year. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with, and hopefully guests will make their reservations before the group cutoff date. Also, if there is a picture that you would like for us to add to the custom web page just send it to me and I can get it over to our IT department to add asap.
